share&tell Terms of Use

By using share&tell, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Who we are

share&tell is owned and operated by Catherine Muriithi, an individual (not a company). In this document, "we", "us" and "our" mean Catherine Muriithi as the operator of share&tell.

Acceptable use

You must not post, say, or send content on share&tell that is objectionable — including but not limited to content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that infringes someone else's rights. This applies to videos you post, links you share, and anything you say or type in a live room or chat.

Reporting and enforcement

• You can report a video, a user, or something said in a live room at any time from within the app.
• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
• We can remove any content, and suspend or permanently ban any account, at our discretion, without prior notice, if we determine it violates these terms.
• A room host can remove a participant from their own live room at any time.
• You can block another user at any time; you won't see their videos or presence in rooms once blocked.

Age requirement

share&tell is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 13.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. This permanently removes your account and the data described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

share&tell is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for content posted by other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use share&tell after a change means you accept the updated terms.

YouTube

Videos from YouTube play in YouTube's own player. By using share&tell you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
